Performance Consulting Job Aid
This project was completed as part of a group assignment for my Consulting in Educational Technology course. Two colleagues and I were tasked with interviewing an expert performance consultant on the ins-and-outs of the industry and create five job aids for our fellow Ed Tech students entering the field.
We opted to create the job aids in the form of a handbook. The handbook itself is not complete in its contents, in that we provided one or two job aids per chapter, as per the scope of the assignment. If it were to be fully fleshed out there would be more chapters and more job aids within it, but we felt that this concept was an interesting way to present our work and accommodated the already additional information we wanted to include.
